Privacy Policy — Tessera

Tessera ("the app") is a photo puzzle game. This policy explains what the app

does and does not do with your information. In short: **the app collects no

personal data, connects to no servers, and nothing you do in the app ever

leaves your device.**

Data we collect

**None.** Tessera does not collect, transmit, or share any personal data. The

app has **no internet permission**, contains no analytics, advertising, or

crash-reporting SDKs, and has no user accounts.

Photos and the camera

To create a custom puzzle, you may capture a photo with your camera or import an

existing photo. These images are:

• used only to generate your puzzle,
• stored **only on your device** in the app's private storage,
• never uploaded, shared, or sent anywhere.

The camera is used solely at the moment you choose to capture a puzzle photo.

On-device storage

The app stores the following **locally on your device only**:

• your settings and preferences (e.g. dark mode, sound, haptics),
• custom puzzles you create, including their images.

None of this is backed up to us or transmitted off the device by the app.

Permissions

• **Camera** — to capture a photo for a custom puzzle (only when you choose to).
• **Vibrate** — to provide haptic feedback, which you can turn off in settings.

Deleting your data

Because everything is stored locally, you control it entirely:

• delete individual custom puzzles within the app, or
• **uninstall the app** to remove all app data from your device.

Children's privacy

The app collects no personal information from anyone, including children.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the "Last updated" date above will change and the

updated policy will be published with the app.
